Mackenzie's 7th birthday was a fairy garden party! I ordered all of the printables on Etsy I got it here
It was easy to coordinate after that! I was so excited to do a party at our house. We now live in a place that we can count on April being A.O.K. for outdoor parties. Hallelujah!!!
Here are some pics of the decor...
The birthday girl doesn't like cake, so I went with a cookie cupcake recipe I found on pinterest. I got it here I thought they were going to be a flop as they didn't cook the way they were supposed to, but they turned out delicious. I don't have a closeup, but I made the icing on the tops look like different flowers!
We had "Fairy Cakes"!
and "Fairy Fruit"!
and "Magic Wands"!
and "Enchanted Trail Mix"!
and "Garden Punch"!
We couldn't have a fairy garden party without lots of fairy gardens!
As the girls arrived they put on glitter makeup, mushroom earrings, and got fairy tattoos!
We had several crafts for the girls to do...
"Make a magic wand"
"Paint a fairy house" (miniature bird houses)
"Magical Chairs" (aka musical chairs)
"Make your own Fairy Dust"
Then we had cake time!
Followed by pinata time!
Then we had to do the Cha-Cha slide led by my fabulous 10 year old neighbor Avery!
This girl can seriously handle a party much better than me!!
